We knew Derrick and Claire's wedding day was going to be hot ( I mean come on, Look at these two!! ), but we were not anticipating an actual heat advisory. Derrick's heart would not be the only thing that melted. Ok totally done with the heat jokes now. Ha ha!!
Seriously though, Claire had every detail meticulously planned. Everything coordinated so beautifully.
Oak Valley is such a convenient venue for brides and grooms because everything is on site. Cabins with a salon for hair and make-up, bridal suite , space for groom to get ready, outdoor covered ceremony site, beautiful landscapes for photos without leaving , and a modern reception hall with in house catering from Andre's and a to die for wall of windows.

Alot of brides are afraid that their groom won't react when they are walking down the aisle if they do a first look. This was Derricks second time seeing Claire for the day and it still brought him to tears.
